Plant Description

Responds well to training and sculpting, so they are excellent choices for bonsai foliage. Evergreen tree with a bronze winter color if exposed to wind. Good heat tolerance. Keep outdoors. Silver Cypress are grown in pots and are dependent on you for their care.

Water the Silver Cypress only when top inch of its soil is dry to touch. Preferably once a week. Make sure water in its soil is well drained all time. Do not overwater the Silver Cypress.

 Silver Cypress can be viewed best when it is placed approximately three to four feet high (eye level), such as on a table, wall or bench.
